Before you write about an order

This is the single most common message we receive, so it is worth saying clearly: Dermal Stories does not sell products. We publish articles, including sponsored advertorials, and we link out to merchants who sell their own goods on their own websites.

If your question is about an order — where it is, when it ships, how to return it, how to get a refund, or a charge you do not recognise — the merchant you bought from is the only party who can help. Their contact details, order-tracking page and refund policy are on the site where you completed checkout, and their name appears on your card statement and order confirmation email.

We are happy to point you in the right direction if you cannot find them. Send us the date and the product name and we will tell you who the merchant is.

Privacy and data requests

If you want to know what personal information we hold about you, or you want it deleted, write to support@dermalstories.com with “Data request” in the subject line. Our Privacy Policy sets out what we collect and why.

Commercial enquiries

Brands and agencies interested in sponsored placements should write to the same address. We will send our rate card, our labelling requirements, and the editorial standards that apply to any advertorial we publish. We do not accept placements that we are not permitted to label as advertising.
